Luke 14:32 And if not, while the other is still far away, he sends a delegation and asks conditions of peace.
Luke 14:33 So, then, every one of you who does not give up all that he has, is unable to be My taught one.
We must realize, He gave up everything for us and we must be willing to do the same.
We must be willing to do the same. We must walk as He walked. Yahshua’s honor and integrity are perfect. We cannot fool Him. He would not enter into Covenant with us unless our hearts are right and we really understand what our Covenant with Him is all about. It is very important that we really understand and perform all the steps laid out in this study on Immersion.
Hebrews 6:1 Therefore, having left the word of the beginning of the Messiah, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of belief toward Elohim,
Hebrews 6:2 of the teaching of immersions, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of everlasting judgment.
Going on to Perfection: This is the walk of a true Believer. Perfect means mature or complete. It takes our lifetime to let Him complete His work in us and we must be willing to submit to the Conversion Process throughout our lives. Yahshua wants to marry someone just like Himself – with the same mind and the same character.
Philippians 2:5 For, let this mind be in you which was also in Messiah Yahshua, Character, is a pattern of behavior. In other words, we will always act in any given circumstance like He would act, exercising the fruits of His Spirit.
Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustworthiness,
Galatians 5:23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no Torah.
Galatians 5:24 And those who are of Messiah have impaled the flesh with its passions and the desires.
Galatians 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. We must think like Him and act like Him. We must be one with Him and the Father – Ecad.
John 17:21 so that they all might be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You, so that they too might be one in Us, so that the world might believe that You have sent Me.
John 17:22 And the esteem which You gave Me I have given them, so that they might be one as We are one,
This is our Goal! Then there will be perfect harmony and peace in Yahweh’s Family throughout Eternity.
Ephesians 4:13 until we all come to the unity of the belief and of the knowledge of the Son of Elohim, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the completeness of Messiah,
