Mathew 13:20 And that sown on rocky places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy,
Mathew 13:21 yet he has no root in himself, but is short-lived, and when pressure or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles.
Mathew 13:22 And that sown among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the worry of this age and the deceit of riches choke the word, and it becomes fruitless.
Mathew 13:23 And that sown on the good soil is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and yields – some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
These verses are pivotal to understanding why many hear the truth, but do not understand in their hearts (conversion is of the heart.) (Verse 15) I will expound these verses more deeply in the Scripture Study.
In conclusion to my 1st part, it should be obvious that if our Great Creator, the Sovereign of the universe, the Almighty Elohim was trying to call and save everyone at this time, He has utterly failed. He will, however, call and open up the rest of humanities minds and hearts at a yet future time.
Part 2: Who Does Yahweh Call?
James 2:5 Listen, my beloved brothers: Has Elohim not chosen the poor of this world, rich in belief and heirs of the reign which He promised to those who love Him?
James 2:6 But you have shown disrespect towards the poor man. Do not the rich oppress you and drag you into the courts?
James 2:7 Do they not blaspheme that good Name by which you are called?
James 2:8 If you truly accomplish the sovereign law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well,
James 2:9 but if you show partiality, you commit sin, being found guilty by the Torah as transgressors.
Many people despise poor people, yet the mind of Messiah has pity on them and finds they are better candidates that are willing to receive His Calling.
I Corinthians 1:26 For look at your calling, brothers, that there were not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble.
I Corinthians 1:27 But Elohim has chosen the foolish matters of the world to put to shame the wise, and Elohim has chosen the weak of the world to put to shame the strong.
I Corinthians 1:28 And Elohim has chosen the low-born of the world and the despised, and the ones that are not, that He might bring to naught the ones that are,
