I Corinthians 1:23 yet we proclaim Messiah impaled, to the Jews a stumbling-block and to the Greeks foolishness,
I Corinthians 1:24 but to those who are called – both of Elohim and the wisdom of Elohim.
I Corinthians 1:25 For the foolishness of Elohim is wiser than men, and the weakness of Elohim is stronger than men.
I Corinthians 1:26 For look at your calling, brothers, that there were not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble.
I Corinthians 1:27 But Elohim has chosen the foolish matters of the world to put to shame the wise, and Elohim has chosen the weak of the world to put to shame the strong.
I Corinthians 1:28 And Elohim has chosen the low-born of the world and the despised, and the ones that are not, that He might bring to naught the ones that are,
I Corinthians 1:29 so that no flesh should boast in His presence.
I Corinthians 1:30 But of him are ye in Messiah, who of Elohim is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
Acts 4:13 And seeing the boldness of Peter and John, and perceiving that they were unlearned and ordinary men, they marveled. And they recognized that they had been with Messiah.
Look at the leaders today in politics and religion. They are vain, self-proclaimed, proud, and full of themselves.
Isaiah 66:2 And all these My hand has made, and all these that exist, declares Elohim. Yet to such a one I look: on him who is poor and bruised of spirit, and who trembles at My Word.
If they were humble and feared Elohim, they would obey Him! The other most important way to get the most out of this book is to view it like a trial. The truth is on trial! So how does a jury reach a verdict? The same way you should. Truth is shown through the preponderance of evidence! Do not get hung up on picky points and things you may not understand or totally agree with. Is there enough evidence to believe most of the core truths revealed in this book? Believe it or not – the choice is yours.
