II Corinthians 11:4 (King James Version) For, indeed if he who is coming proclaims another Messiah, whom we have not proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit, which you have not received, or a different Good News, which you have not accepted, you put up with it well enough!
This scripture is a warning to be careful what is being preached to you – so that you are not deceived, especially if you have already had the truth preached to you.
Matthew 13:9-11 (King James Version)
Matthew 13:9 He who has ears to hear, let him hear!
Matthew 13:10 And the taught ones came, and said to Him, why do you speak to them in parables?
Matthew 13:11 And He answering said unto them, “Because it has been given to you to know the secrets of the reign of the heavens, but to them, it has not been given.
Do these verses sound to you like He is trying to save everyone now or that everyone is being called at this time? Those who are being called at this time are being given eyes to see (spiritual sightedness) ears to hear and a heart that can understand (verses 14-15.)
Matthew 13:14 And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is completely filled which says, Hearing you shall hear, and by no means shall understand; and seeing you shall see, and by no means perceive,
Matthew 13:15 for the heart of this people has become thickened, and their ears are hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their heart, and turn back, and I heal them.”
True conversion requires a true miracle for that to happen. Not everyone is being called at this time. Those being called now are being given eyes to see (spiritual sightedness), ears to hear and a heart that can understand. Only our Father can open a mind and a heart. On the Day of Pentecost when Our Father’s Spirit was given to the New Covenant Assembly, Peter was very plain that people must be called, and not everyone was being called at that time, nor are they today.
