REPENTANCE FROM DEAD WORKS

Mathew 4:17 – From that time Yahshua began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Mathew 9:12-13 – But when Yahshua heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.

13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Mathew 11:20 – Then began he to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done, because they repented not:

Mathew 12:41 – The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here

Mathew 21:32 – The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here

Mark 1:4, 15 – John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.

Vs 15 – And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of EL is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Mark 2:17 – When Yahshua heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Mark 6:12 – And they went out, and preached that men should repent.

Luke 3:8 – Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That Elohim is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

Luke 5:32 – I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Luke 13:1-3 – There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilean’s, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

2 And Yahshua answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galileans were sinners above all the Galileans, because they suffered such things?

3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Luke 15:7, 10 – I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

Vs 10 – Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of Elohim over one sinner that repenteth.

Luke 17:3-4 – Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

Luke 24:47 – And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Acts 2:38-39 – Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yahshua Messiah for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Set Apart Spirit.

39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as YAH our Elohim shall call.

Acts 3:19 – Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of YAH.
