KEEPING THE SABBATH SET APART

Ezekiel 20:12 – Moreover also I gave them my Sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am Yahweh that sanctifies them.

When the Sabbath is polluted, it means it is desecrated, profaned or made common which is the complete opposite of Set Apart.  YAH holds the priests responsible for the profaning of the Sabbath.

Ezekiel 22:26 – Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine Set Apart things: they have put no difference between the Set Apart and profane, neither have they shown a difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my Sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.

Isaiah 58:13-14 – If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my Set Apart day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the Set Apart of YAH, honorable; and shalt honour him, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words:

Then shalt thou delight yourself in YAH; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of YAH hath spoken it. There are great blessings and promises for keeping the Sabbath Set Apart.

Isaiah 56:2-7 – Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keeps the Sabbath from polluting it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.  Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to YAH, speak, saying, Yahweh hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.

For thus saith Yahweh unto the eunuchs that keep my Sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;  Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.  Also, the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to YAH, to serve him, and to love the name of YAH, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the Sabbath from polluting it, and takes hold of my covenant; Even them will I bring to my Set Apart Mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called a house of prayer for all people.
